GOOD TO KNOW
Guiraud is the only certified organic Premier Cru Classé of Sauternes since 2011. Its vineyard features an exceptionally high proportion of Sauvignon Blanc (35%), the hallmark of a freshness and liveliness rare in the appellation. The gastronomic restaurant Le Cercle Guiraud, 1 Michelin star, is located in the village of Sauternes.
