In an 18th-century mansion on the Cours de l’Intendance, once a bank, once a fashion boutique, now Bordeaux’s temple of wine, 67 Pall Mall installs its fourth global address after London, Singapore and Verbier. Across 1,800 sq m on four floors, the group offers the most ambitious wine list in the region: 5,000 references from 50 countries, 1,000 served by the glass in Zalto stemware. The ground floor, with restaurant and bar, is open to all; upper floors, private salons, panoramic rooftop terrace overlooking Bordeaux’s historic skyline, are reserved for members. As much a cultural institution as a dining destination, with themed dinners and masterclasses.
