La Grand’ Vigne is one of the rare double-starred tables in the world to offer its own artistic trail through the vines at apéritif time. Nicolas Masse, long-standing head chef, pursues a single ambition: to illuminate the riches of Aquitaine, from caviar to Pyrenean lamb, kitchen garden vegetables and the wines of Pessac-Léognan, including those of the neighbouring Château Smith Haut Lafitte estate.
