WHY WE LIKE IT
The idea is simple yet genuinely original: a prepaid card lets guests serve themselves by the glass in whatever quantity they choose, from a 3 cl tasting pour to a full 12 cl glass. Forty wines are available at any one time, backed by a cellar of over 600 bottle references. This format creates freedom: guests compare, return to a wine, test pairings with cheese or foie gras without the formality of ordering. Sommeliers remain on hand to advise.
